Henkle's Carnivore Cookoff & Show-Me State Showdown

Coming this October 7-8 to Carterville, MO

We would like to thank you all for joining us at the first ever Henkle's Carnivore Cookoff last summer; we enjoyed hosting our first SCA Steak cookoff event for the Four States Area, and this year, we're turning things up a notch! Presented by your neighborhood Henkle's Ace Hardware, get ready to experience the Show-Me-State Steak Showdown this October 7-8, in Carterville, MO. 


With THREE chances to qualify for the World Championship over the weekend, there are over $13,500+ in prizes & cold, hard cash up for grabs at this weekend steak showdown. Our Grand Prize winner has their choice of a EGO Power+ or Milwaukee Prize Package sponsored by Henkle's Ace Hardware ALONGSIDE their choice of grill with the Gozney Roccbox, Weber Griddle, and Big Green Egg MiniMax available for our three overall champions.

We have a very special guest joining us Saturday afternoon at the Henkle's Carnivore Cookoff! Brodi "BroHawk" Pursely, an US Army Special Forces Veteran, will have an exhibit during the afternoon that will include axe, hatchet, and knife throwing. A member and competitor in the World Axe Throwing League and the World Knife Throwing League, Brodi has competed among the best, even securing a spot on The History Channel's Mountain Man: Ultimate Marksman competition.
