Community & Donations

For Webb City or Joplin area charities and non-profits, please submit all donation and sponsorship requests to customersupport@henklesonline.com. Please specify in your request which store location your organization resides closest to.

Requests are reviewed in the order they are received. Please include the following in your submission:

• Your organization's address for verification of location proximity.
• How you would like to partner with our stores
• The deadline for your request

HENKLE'S GUIDELINES ON REQUESTS

We receive several requests throughout the year, and our guidelines for processing them are as follows:

• Please give us at least a 45 day advanced notice in order to process your request
• Preference goes to 501c3 non-profit organizations within close proximity to our locations and those that have the potential for the greatest impact on our community.
• Requests are reviewed as they come through; please allow for up to 2 weeks to receive a follow up message.
